Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with LuxeGlow. If you are not happy with your order, here is how returns work.

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Items that have been opened, used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. We will send you the return instructions.

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will refund the item's price to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
